In order to be eligible for a return or replacement, you must first be approved by our staff. To do that, please use our contact form to get in touch with us and explain the situation. There are situations in which we would not honor a request for refunds or exchanges. However, we do try very hard to make sure our customers are completely happy. Here are a few examples of why we would not honor your request:
