Of course! As soon as your order is received it is sent off to the production facility to be crafted for you. As soon as it is finished being made, you will get an email sent to the email you used at checkout with a tracking number - be sure to check your spam folder for it!
We will hear all cancellation, return, and refund requests. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless full production costs are covered and we agree to the return/exchange. We will do anything we can to make sure you are happy with our products and our service!
Refunds (if applicable) If you would like to return your item, please use our contact form and state the reason for your return request. You will be responsible for shipping, unless the item was damaged on arrival. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process you return at our earliest convenience. If you are approved, your refund will be processed on the item total in the form of a store credit with 10% restocking fee or money back with a 25% fee.
Exchanges (if applicable) We replace items if they are defective or damaged at our cost. If you need to exchange an item please use our contact form and state the reason for your request. For all exchanges, be sure to include your order number and the exact size you would like in the return package or the request will not be processed. Size exchanges come with an exchange fee to help cover the new cost of production. For damaged or defective items, please provide a brief description and a photo of the damage or defect. You will need to ship any exchange item back, unless otherwise agreed upon.
